Following an eighteen-year career as a Police Detective in Metropolitan Melbourne and Northeast Victoria, Ash now brings his passion for helping others and solving complex scenarios, to the financial services industry.

After 11 years in the private banking sector, Lucinda is Swift Finance Broker’s Parabroker. Allison Eames

Business Development

Ally has returned home to the border from Melbourne following a lengthy career in the Legal (property) sector where she worked as a paralegal for a top-tier firm acting for property developers, before moving to an in-house legal team for a multi-national renewable energy company managing their Lease portfolio.

Day-to-day Ally looks after business operations as well as lead forecasting. She provides servicing support to our brokers throughout the process, including new loan enquiries, applications and reviews, and takes pride in providing our new and existing clients with a high level of customer service from enquiry through to submission and settlement.
