With more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Meiken is passionate about helping individuals, families and investors achieve their property and financial goals through tailored lending solutions.
Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, Meiken takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances before recommending the most suitable loan strategy. Following an eighteen-year career as a Police Detective in Metropolitan Melbourne and Northeast Victoria, Ash now brings his passion for helping others and solving complex scenarios, to the financial services industry.
He has a strong focus on understanding his client’s needs, in line with compliance and financial structures. As a long-time property investor himself, he understands the complexities of the process and with a solution focused attitude to all situations, he delivers the best possible outcome for his clients. Away from the office, Ash enjoys mountain bike riding, swimming, and a round of golf.

Lucy Lembke
Finance Manager
Lucy joined the SWIFT team in February of 2024 and has quickly become an asset to our client base, being the all-rounder of the office and marketing extraordinaire, not one day is the same for Lucy. She provides support to our brokers throughout the home loan process and provides our new and existing clients with a high level of customer service from initial enquiry to settlement. Lucy has quickly found her feet in our Finance Broking business and her passion has resulted in a career advancement with Lucy currently studying her Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
Lucy was raised in the pastoral area of Dederang, North East Victoria and completed her secondary education in 2020. Lucy travelled overseas for a period and for the past two grain harvest seasons Lucy was employed by Grain Corp in the sampling & handling area. Lucy is looking forward to a successful career in the Finance & Mortgage Broking space and takes pride in looking after our clients in a kind and professional manner.
